עתירה אותה הגשנו לבית השמפט העליון - בשבתו כבג"ץ, ובה ייצגנו את ישראל פרוש ראש עירית אלעד ועיריית אלעד על הטלת הסגר על העיר, בשל מגיפת הקורונה. בעתירה טענו כי לא התקיימה חובת היוועצות בטרם הוטל הסגר, וכן כי הסגר פוגע בשיוויון, שכן במקומות אחרים שהוגדרו על פי נתוני המל"ל כאדומים, לא הוטלו הגבלות. העתירה נדחתה, בפס"ד שניתן ע"י השופט ע' גרוסקופף.

The High Court of Justice, composed of judges Amit, Baron, and Knafi Steinitz, accepted the petitions, and overturned the decision of Communications Minister Yoaz Handel, according to which the qualification floor was supposed to be canceled as of August 1, 2022. At the penultimate moment, after a 3-hour hearing, in which the petitioners were represented , Adv. Avi Rimon and Efi Michaeli, Adv. Zalman Black, and Adv. Moshe Lipel and Adv. Zvi Zaks, the Supreme Court issued an interim order suspending the minister's decision, as well as a conditional order instructing the state to justify why the minister's decision should not be revoked, A hearing will be scheduled for January 2023.

גל תביעות בענייני נגישות מוגשים לבתי המשפט, ללא התרעה מוקדמת המחוייבת על פי החוק ותקנות הנגישות. מדובר בתביעות סרק שמוטב היה להן שלא באו לעולם. כב' הש' ליאור גלברט מבית משפט השלום בתל אביב דחה את התביעה וחייב את התובעת לשלם לנתבעת הוצאות מתונות בסך 3000 ש"ח ת"צ (שלום ת"א) 43795-07-22 נגר נ' גרינפל פרויקטים בע"מ (נבו 17.08.2023)
